Registration for APPICON 2024

The registration for APPICON 2024 shall be available shortly. The life members and annual members of APPI have discounts on registration fees. To encourage the participation of postgraduate and undergraduate students who are pursuing their education in duly recognized Institutions in India and abroad, a part of the registration fee is waived off.

The registration will be done online through the web portal appi.org.in.

Registration for Pre-conference workshop    


Registration Fee

The registration fee is based on time of registration, category of delegate and components of the Conference being availed. Late registration and Spot registration escalates the cost as the logistics of arrangement becomes expensive on short notice.

Basic Registration Fee (INR)

The basic registration fee includes access to all scientific activities of APPICON including conference symposia, conference kitbag and meals at venue. Registration for the preconference workshop is separate.

Procedure for Registration for APPICON 2024

The whole procedure for registration will be done online through the web portal appi.org.in. It can be completed in one sitting or in parts over period of time. The registration process consists of following steps

Step 1: Delegates’ information

Step 2: Choosing a Category of Registration.

Step 3: Verification of details and Payment

Step 4: Confirmation of Payment and Transaction Details.

Step 2:Choosing a Category of Registration and uploading of relevant documents.

Step 3: Verification and Payment

After verification of the information, the payment is required to be made through payment gateway.

Step 4: Confirmation of Payment and Transaction Details

Once the payment is confirmed, a delegate registration form with QR code will be generated and a copy of the same will be sent to the email id provided at the time of registration.
