Registration for APPICON 2022

The registration for APPICON 2022 is open to all. The life members and annual members of APPI have discounts on registration fees. To encourage the participation of postgraduate and undergraduate students who are pursuing their education in duly recognized Institutions in India and abroad, a part of the registration fee is waived off.

The registration will be done online through the web portal appi.org.in.

Register for APPICON 2022

Registration Fee

The registration fee is based on time of registration, category of delegate and components of the Conference being availed. Late registration and Spot registration escalates the cost as the logistics of arrangement becomes expensive on short notice.

Basic Registration Fee (INR)

The basic registration fee includes access to all scientific activities of APPICON including pre-conference workshop, conference kitbag and meals at venue.

The allocation to various Pre-conference workshops will be done on first-come-first-served basis; choices made by delegates and will be constrained only by the maximum number that can be accommodated for the workshop.

The basic registration fee does not include arrangement for accommodation, transport to venue. The organizing committee of APPICON and APPI will assist the delegates by providing information regarding available accommodation at subsidized charges. The Banquet will be budgeted separately to ensure that arrangements are done based on the realistic numbers.

Cancellation Policy
  • Registrations cancelled before 31st October 2022 are eligible for a refund of the registration fees paid, less a processing fee of Rs 500.
  • Registrations cancelled after 31st October but before 30th November 2022 are eligible for a refund of the registration fees paid, less a processing fee of Rs 1,000.
  • No refunds are available for cancellations made after 30th November 2022.
Procedure for Registration for APPICON 2022

The whole procedure for registration will be done online through the web portal appi.org.in. It can be completed in one sitting or in parts over period of time. The registration process consists of following steps

  • Step 1:Delegates’ information
  • Step 2:Choosing a Category of Registration.
  • Step 3: Verification of details and Payment
  • Step 4: : Confirmation of Payment and Transaction Details.
Step 1: Delegates’ Information (will be automatically filled from login details)

(Please note that the information you provide here will be used for all official purposes including certificates, badges and in delegates’ list.)

Step 2: Choosing a Category of Registration and uploading of relevant documents.

  • Choosing a category of registration (Non-member/Member/Postgraduate student/Undergraduate Student)
  • Choosing a category of registration for Pre-Conference workshop only (Delegates/ Postgraduate student or Undergraduate Student)
  • In case category is Postgraduate Student/Undergraduate Student
    • Information of the forwarding Faculty
  • Choosing Banquet Dinner
  • Choosing an Accompanying Person
Step 3: Verification and Payment

After verification of the information, the payment is required to be made through payment gateway.

Step 4:Confirmation of Payment and Transaction Details

Once the payment is confirmed, a delegate registration form with QR code will be generated and a copy of the same will be sent to the email id provided at the time of registration.
